This program is intended for households directly impacted by the July 27 tornado that are experiencing financial hardship as a result. This may include property damage, displacement, lost or interrupted income, unexpected expenses or other tornado-related impacts. No income verification or documentation of tornado damage is required. We just need to collect your name and zip code when you collect your voucher.

How do I receive vouchers?

Visit the Volunteer Fox Cities booth during Rally for the Valley on October 3rd. Vouchers will be available while supplies last.

Vouchers can be used toward food purchases from participating Rally for the Valley food vendors. Each voucher provides up to $10 toward your purchase. Vouchers may be combined, and you may pay any remaining balance directly to the vendor. Vouchers have no cash value and no change will be provided. Our goal is simple: if the tornado has made things a little harder for your family, we want you to be able to come spend the day with your community—and have something to eat while you're here.

Complimentary Meal Vouchers for Tornado-Impacted Neighbors

Rally for the Valley is a free community event, and we want our neighbors who have been directly impacted by the July 27 tornado to be able to enjoy the day with us.

Complimentary $10 meal vouchers will be available to tornado-impacted individuals and families who could use a little extra support. Eligible households may receive one $10 meal voucher per household member attending the event, up to $50 per household.

Accessibility at Rally for the Valley

We want Rally for the Valley to be a welcoming and accessible event for everyone in our community. To help make the day easier to navigate, we’ll have:

A designated accessible viewing area cordoned off near the front of the main stage for guests with mobility or accessibility needs and their companions.

Golf cart assistance available for short-distance transportation within the event area for guests who may need help getting from one location to another.

Volunteers and event staff throughout the event who can help with directions, navigation and other accessibility needs.

A dedicated Accessibility Liaison available during the event to meet guests and help coordinate assistance when needed.

If you need assistance when you arrive, please connect with an event volunteer or staff member and they can contact our Accessibility Liaison for you.

We know accessibility needs can look different for everyone. Our team will do our best to provide reasonable assistance and help guests enjoy Rally for the Valley as comfortably and safely as possible.

What To Bring

What to bring to Rally for the Valley

Come ready for a full day in downtown Menasha! We recommend bringing:

A refillable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Weather-appropriate clothing — Rally for the Valley is an outdoor event, so check the forecast and plan for changing Wisconsin weather.

Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat for daytime activities.

A small folding or camp chair if you’d like seating during performances. Please be considerate of walkways, accessible viewing areas and other guests when setting up.

A small bag with your essentials. Keeping belongings compact will make it easier to move through the event area.

Any personal accessibility or medical items you may need throughout the day.

Your phone for event updates, schedules and other information.

Please leave large coolers, oversized items and anything that could obstruct pedestrian areas at home. Rally for the Valley takes place throughout an active downtown, so keeping sidewalks, emergency routes and accessible pathways clear is important.

And you do not need a printed ticket to enjoy the event. Rally for the Valley is free and open to the community.

Rally for the Valley is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine, so please check the forecast and dress accordingly. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, event organizers will communicate any schedule changes, delays or safety instructions through event staff and official Rally for the Valley channels.

The safety of our guests, volunteers, vendors and performers is a priority. Event staff and volunteers will be stationed throughout downtown Menasha to assist with questions, directions and safety concerns. Please follow posted signage and instructions from event personnel, and help us keep streets, sidewalks, accessible pathways and emergency access routes clear.

If you see something that needs attention or need assistance during the event, please notify the nearest Rally volunteer or staff member. For questions in advance, contact us.
